OVERVIEW:

I purchased this car as part of a set from a local model railroad show. It came with a office car (chapel hill) and an observation car. There isn't much history regarding this particular unit, it appears to be a generic baggage car which may have been manufactured in as early as the 1920's until the 1950's (when C&O stopped using the tri-color scheme).
